Acted like a friend-turned out to be a telemarketer

for 2 weeks now, i get at least 10 calls a day. when you phone back phone put down

They called about 20 times every 2-3 mins and say nothing then sounds like its beeping on the other end

say i owe 400.13 loan company pay it or go to court icouldnot understand them iask for a web site he would not give it to me he gave me p.o. box #

India moron that has no clue about the laws of the US threatens to have two men serve papers on me and haul me to federal court the next morning. I told them if they show, they will be arrested, or worse...much worse. That rattles them and they don't know how to respond if its not on their little script. Go right at them, scare them good, they always back down.

Daily calls...no answers...pain in the neck!

they call, get my answering machine. thet dont say anything, but what sounds like a busy signal fill my answering machine up!! Cant stop it until its finished!!!

Calling regarding existing business obligation to Bank of America.

They called my cell phone it the pre-recorded message wanting to lower my credit cards. I also pressed 1 to talk to a live represenative to put my name on the do not call list. when they came on the line I told him to put me on the do not call list and it was illegal to call my cell phone. He told me it was not illegal and I was the JACK A#@ that pressed #1 and hung up.

I received 6 phone calls yesterday & 3 already today and it's only 945am
